Ledoux, Petruska and Co., Inc. provides accounting, auditing, tax, consulting, business valuations and related services to business establishments and individuals. The firm’s owners and staff are highly qualified and experienced in a variety of specialized industries, most notably Real Estate, Retail, Non-Profit Organizations and the Service Provider industry. Ledoux, Petruska and Co., Inc. is a local CPA firm, founded in 1982 (formerly Ledoux & Company, Inc.). We are located in Johnston, Rhode Island and service clients throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. The firm’s professional staff consists of two partners, two supervisors, four additional professionals and 2 administrative staff.

The firm is uniquely qualified to provide assistance beyond traditional accounting and tax services. One partner has experience with both National and Regional public accounting firms, while the other partner has held various accounting positions in both private industry and public accounting. In addition to the two primary members, the professional staff has various levels of public and private accounting experience. This blend of experience enables us to approach accounting, business, and tax problems from the client’s perspective as opposed to from the perspective of an outside consultant. We leverage this experience to develop solutions and recommendations to problems that are both technically accurate and practical to implement. This mix of public and private accounting experience contributes to enriched perspective to every client relationship. The firm prides itself on a “hands on” approach to quality service performed on a timely basis.

The firm’s client profile is comprised of numerous businesses with sales ranging from $100,000 to $60 million per year. The firm’s clients include predominately real estate professionals, retail establishments, professional service organizations, wholesalers, non-profit organizations, and manufacturers. In addition to the business and industry clients, the firm also maintains a large base of individual and fiduciary relationships.

The firm is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The firm has continually received the highest grade available on our peer review report from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1990.
